Bel Vidal is the pen name of a Bolivian-born Australian writer and mental health advocate. Her award winning début novel, Exuberance, was released in both eBook and paperback formats in 2023.
Exuberance aims to shift mindsets, increase awareness and start conversations about mental health - while telling an entertaining, life-affirming tale with well-rounded characters and plenty of twists.
Her collection of fiction and non-fiction, Tales of Suburban Castaways, was published worldwide in 2024.
